Articles of Organization for Amendment Now

Article IX: Board of Trustees

Article X: Officers

The officers of Amendment Now shall include a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer, as defined in the bylaws. Officers shall be elected by the Board of Trustees and serve as the executive leadership of the organization.

 

Article XI: Financial Management

Section 1: Fiscal Year

The fiscal year of Amendment Now shall begin on January 1 and end on December 31.
